CERTPOINTVLS™ Portal & Offline Viewer

The CERTPOINTVLS Portal opens the gateway to the enrollment, certification and learning activities within the system. This feature allows for self-service access through self-registration and forgotten password automation.

Managing a truly blended learning program, users can enroll in courses, classes or curricula. If approval is required, the system sends an approval request to the user’s manager. Users can launch registered online courses or resume courses from where they left off. They can also take competency assessments and after completing these assessments, the system can recommend courses and curricula to help them improve.

Users can also manage their profiles and review their transcripts and certification program status. The CERTPOINTVLS Portal can be customized with company-specific branding, text and imagery. One installation of CERTPOINTVLS supports multiple portals for different audiences.

CERTPOINTVLS Offline Viewer provides the same Learner experience to users who are offline and choose to learn while disconnected.

Using CERTPOINTVLS Offline Viewer, users can either download courses to their computer from the Internet or import them from a CD. When reconnecting to the Web, Offline Viewer enables the user to upload their session and scoring information to the CERTPOINTVLS server.
